The location is absolutely spectacular, surrounded by nature, yet right by the ocean and walking distance from the village, restaurants, and Bastimentos pier. Waking up every morning to the sound of birds and waves was truly special and incredibly peaceful. The cabin is very comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for a full week. We were working remotely during our stay and felt completely at home the whole time. The space is both practical and cozy, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the surroundings. Harry - "If you want to see the Red Frogs of Bastimentos, Tree Frog House is the one to book - saw more out back of the cabin in 5 minutes than in a day on the Red Frog beach area on the other side of the island. Cabin has a very cozy vibe, and the view from the veranda is great for a morning coffee before starting your day. The co-habitating geckos are mainly outside, and it's great to hear their chirpy singing. The path up to the cabin also had loads of burrowing crabs so you really get to see a lot of wildlife staying here which makes it great for some photos." ***** (Airbnb)

The property is quietly located but not too far off; you can get to everything you need in 5-10 minutes, as well as the jetty to take a water taxi. Jake was accessible throughout and was super flexible! Once we had to send a message to the caretaker, Yeison, at short notice, and he was at our door within five minutes-great service! Linda&Mike - "The location was incredible with a jungly vibe but still had amazing views of the surf. Ours wa the Sea Glass House, the middle of 3 cabins on a hillside. It was a good but manageable hike up for two 60 yr olds. The cabin was quaint, very clean, and provided everything we needed, including kitchenette. It was always breezy and had a ceioiong fan and porch fan so we only used the AC once and it worked well. I can't imagine the view from the deck could be any better on any other property on the island, with a huge mango tree in front and surrounded by lush vegetation and flowers. Amazing. Barbara - "We spent 5 wonderful days at Sea Glass House. The phenomenal view from the balcony on a beautiful tree, the sea that hits the waves against the island. A perfect place to relax and unwind. There was also a JBL Flip to play music onA large refrigerator and a hob for cooking. In the village there is a small supermarket to stock up on provisions.
