One of the best things about Bocas is the diversity of the waves. There are spots for beginners all the way up to Double Black Diamond. We have beach break over soft white sand...and then we have slab reef and point breaks. Know your limits and bring your surfing etiquette to the lineup.

Bocas isn't really known for kiteboarding...yet. However we are working on changing that. The feeling of slicing through crystal clear water while powered by the wind in a tropical paradise is about the best thing ever...and of this there is no doubt.
Best Spots: Wizard Beach, Bluff Beach, Red Frog Beach, Long Beach. All of these stretches have tons of room to launch/land.
Bring all your gear...There are no kite stores in Bocas currently.

When to go?
It depends on what you want to do...
There is a rainy season and a dry season. There is a main surf season and then a mini surf season. When the surf is down, the water gets even more clear for scuba/snorkeling. If you want to explore, hike, and relax, you can do that year-round. Do some research before you come see us. We want you to have an unforgettable experience!
